Blue Ocean Resources is a human capital firm that partners with the client to provide on-demand highly skilled professionals to lead or support a wide range of initiatives. We execute a variety of complex and critical project-based work, back-fill and interim support, and permanent hire solutions.
Our resources serve as an extension of the client’s team and our goal is to be a true business partner.

Blue Ocean Resources strives to fully understand the nature of the business problem or need, market dynamics, team environment, and the client’s culture to bring together the right resources, at the right time, who can deliver immediate results. We can help with spearheading a project, providing an interim or back-fill resource or providing a permanent hire, and every combination in between.

We consider ourselves a business partner to the client and take a consultative approach. We take the time required upfront to thoroughly understand the role or project and follow a rigorous and thoughtful approach to ensure that the resources’ skillset/experience is aligned.
About the CEO
Jaina Shah is the CEO of Blue Ocean Resources.
Prior to founding Blue Ocean Resources, Jaina developed critical relationships in the market as a Client Development Executive building businesses for various companies. She has a variety of unique work experience under her belt, having operated in senior roles at Marvel Studios, DreamWorks Animation, and PwC throughout her career. She holds a CPA and is University of Southern California graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Jaina has a consultative and prescriptive approach to each and every project. Her clients view her as a trusted business partner because of her client relationship development, thoroughness in obtaining the project requirements, and precision of the solution provided. Jaina enjoys travelling with her husband, hiking, biking, the ocean and anything under the sun!
